We typically provide your full quotation within 48 hours. Because we offer a complete supply and fit service, you can rest assured that your quote will be clear, detailed, and inclusive — with everything you need right from the start. HOW LONG DOES AN INSTALLATION USUALLY TAKE?

Before any work begins, we’ll guide you through how to prepare and explain exactly what to expect at each stage, so you feel informed, confident, and fully supported from start to finish.

DO I NEED TO SUPPLY ANY PRODUCTS OR MATERIALS?

No need — we’ve got it covered.

Unless otherwise specified in your proposal, all necessary building materials and products are included in your quotation. We take care of everything, so you don’t have to worry about sourcing or supplying anything yourself.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A PROBLEM AFTER THE PROJECT IS FINISHED?

All of our workmanship and supplied products are covered by our warranty. If anything arises during this time, simply get in touch — a member of our team will promptly visit to assess the issue and, if it falls within our warranty terms, arrange any necessary remedial work.

We aim to make this process just as straightforward and stress-free as the rest of your experience with us.

HOW DO THE PAYMENTS WORK?

To help us get everything in place for your project, materials are paid for in advance. Once a start date is confirmed, we take a deposit on the installation as detailed in your quotation — this secures your booking and allows us to begin ordering the required building products.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed works, as outlined in your final quotation and proposal. We believe in complete transparency — what we agree at the outset is exactly what you’ll pay, with no hidden costs or unexpected extras.
